Dwarfguard 1.0.5 release

Last week, Dwarfguard 1.0.5 patchlevel version has been released.

Upgrade information: full upgrade is supported from Dwarfguard 1.0.4

The release brings a few fixes and improvements, namely:

• Advantech ICR OS version 6.5.0 firmware version was parsed incorrectly by Dwarfguard up to 1.0.4. This is fixed now.
• In case of using the self-signed SSL certificate (optionally generated by Dwarfguard installation script), the PEM file being distributed to the router now contains the whole certificate chain. While there were no problems reported from the field, the problem could have potentially broke the data sync from the device to the server.
