Dwarfguard 1.0.4 release

Earlier this week, another patchlevel version has been made available - 1.0.4.

Upgrade information: full upgrade is supported from Dwarfguard 1.0.3

The patchlevel brings several fixes:

• Startup script can now be longer than 4096 bytes without causing a failing device clone to another Advantech router.
• All of the Dwarfguard service parameters exposed in GUI are now properly editable. In the previous versions, some of the parameters needed to be updated by the server admin in the dwarfg.ini file to keep the change persistent between service restart.

As the BETA program for Dwarfguard 2.0 is about to be started, this may be the last patchlevel version in the stable Dwarfguard 1.0 branch.
