Dwarfguard 1.0.3 release

Last week, another patchlevel version has been released - Dwarfguard 1.0.3

Upgrade information: full upgrade is supported from version 1.0.2

The release contains following fixes and improvements:

• When device is providing invalid profile data, the (invalid) configuration profile is no longer created.
• Implemented a sanity check for DB connection setup after server startup - when Dwarfguard is handling many devices while running on an underperforming container, the DB may fail to start properly. Since the patch, if the DB is not connected until 10 seconds from start, server exits instead of running in partial function mode.
• When the Grafana integration is not done at the product deploy time, but delayed for a later time, the handling of the integration was mediocre. Now, the later Grafana integration handling is on par with enabling the integration during product deploy time.
